Responsible for computer maintenance in Technology Learning Program lab and Multimedia lab, coordinated equipment check in/out and maintained equipment database, made equipment reservations and recommendations based on faculty need, performed trouble-shooting equipment problems, assisted faculty with various computer issues (Mac & Win), telephone and personal support for WebCT related issues, created job-aids for computer software, worked closely with faculty to create technically advanced educational solutions. This position was a paid internship.

Chico State Research Foundation 8/02 – 6/03

Responsible for creating video for the Graduate to a Smoke Free Future program, shot background footage, shot workshop interview footage, maintained a shooting schedule, assisted Dr. John Rousell in footage management using software to edit the video and create a DVD.
